The resort grounds were absolutely stunning, with picturesque views and beautiful landscaping. The location of the resort was very convenient, offering easy access to the nearby parks and attractions.- One of the best aspects of the stay was the availability of a Keurig coffee maker in the room, along with upgraded toiletries, which added a nice touch of luxury.

The resort seemed to prioritize conference attendees over regular guests, resulting in inconveniences such as not being able to get a room in the preferred area due to a conference taking place. Some staff members were not well-trained and provided incorrect information regarding room charges.

The room was beautiful, fantastic service from the staff. The hotel is based 10 minutes walk from Around the World at Epcot, popular spot in the city. Bay Lake district won't disappoint you.

Our stay was great as usual. Beautiful views across the city. Located 1 km away from Winter-Summerland. Near to the airport, 30 km❤❤

There was nothing I didn't like!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! the location was perfect for my Disney vacation. It was in the Rachos area, right around the bus stop to the parks, and even had a beautiful lake. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was enjoyable. The rooms were lovely, kept really clean by housekeeping, and had nice bathrooms complete with a good selection of toiletries and a fantastic shower. I also loved that the rooms had 2 Queen beds, perfect for a comfortable night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast options were fantastic, offering a variety of delicious dishes to start my day.

Everything was more than fine at this hotel.

The hotel offers great value for money, considering the prices charged for bottled water and items within the resort. The location in the Ranchos area is perfect for easy access to Disney parks, with a bus stop right around the corner. The hotel's proximity to the lake provides beautiful views and a peaceful ambiance. The staff at the hotel were attentive, friendly, and always went the extra mile to ensure a hospitable experience for the guests.

The grounds were absolutely stunning, with beautiful fountains and a beachy feel in some areas. the themed buildings added a posh vibe, and we loved the convenience of being close to dining, laundry, and the pool. the resort had a fitness area and spa, which was a great feature not often found in other moderate resorts. Plus, the quiet and feature pools were spacious with plenty of seating, and the largest hot tub on the property was a nice touch. the bus stops at the parks were conveniently located, making it easier for us to get around after a long day.

We experienced a major issue with getting locked out of our rooms twice, which was incredibly frustrating. the first time, it took over 30 minutes for us to unlock the door ourselves, and we had to wait over an hour for the front desk to acknowledge the problem.

The hotel offers great value for money, especially considering its location in the Rachos area right by the bus stop to Disney parks.

Everything was perfectly fine and there were no major issues.
